The President signed an Executive Order conferring the title of National Artist of Abkhazia.

For the services in the development of the Abkhazian professional song art, the honorary title of the National Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia is conferred to Manana Petrovna Shamba, a soloist of the Abkhazian State Choir Capella, an Honored Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia.

For the services in the field of musical art, the honorary title of the National Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia is conferred to Alla Aslanovna Otyrba, a pianist, a soloist of the R. Gumba Abkhazian State Philharmonic Hall, an Honored Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia.
