Unidentified aircraft crashed in Adyghea

On the night of February 28, the Russian Defense Ministry alleged that Ukraine had attempted to launch drone attacks on civilian infrastructure facilities located in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea.

According to the agency, the electronic warfare units of the RF Armed Forces suppressed the UAVs. The ministry emphasized that both drones lost control and deviated from their intended flight path.

As per the Russian Defense Ministry, one of the UAVs fell in a field, while the other deviated from its trajectory, without causing any damage to the targeted civilian infrastructure facility.

According to Murat Kumpilov, the head of Adyghea, an unidentified aircraft crashed in the Giaginsky district of the republic on the night of February 28. In his Telegram channel, he wrote, "During the night, an unidentified aircraft crashed in the village of Novy in the Giaginsky district of Adyghea."

"Fortunately, there were no injuries resulting from the incident, and only minor damage was reported to an outbuilding on a livestock farm", Kumpilov added.
