SUKHUM / AQW'A — Former Georgian President, Mikhail Saakashvili, expressed confidence once again in Ukraine's victory in the war against Russia. Saakashvili believes that Georgia will also be able to regain "its territories", and the border between Georgia and Ukraine will be established along the River Psou.

"Preparations should be made for the establishment of the Georgian-Ukrainian border along the Psou River!" he wrote on his Facebook page, referring to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as the "leader of the free world."

Previously, Saakashvili stated that after the war, Ukraine would share a border with Georgia "somewhere around Sochi."

We all know his views, as well as those of many of his people, regarding Abkhazia and South Ossetia. There is nothing new about this. However, the question is: Who will take Sochi, Shapsughia, Kuban, and other historical Circassian lands in their dream? Ukraine or Georgia?

Once again we should remember Liz Fuller's article below written in 2010:

Why Can Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili Not Emulate Willi Brandt?
